Our neighborhood depends on the contributions from residents and landowners for road maintenance and snow removal.
Right now less than 50% of residents are up-to-date on dues. The money we currently raise barely meets our basic needs for road upkeep and snow plowing.
With greater participation we would be able to make actual upgrades to the road, improving our safety, saving our nerves and vehicles.
